·      Primary administration and configuration of the monitoring tool(s) for AT&T’s entire web hosting and infrastructure architecture. Over 80,000 metrics and points being monitored across 17 datacenters (U.S. and international). Extensive experience in all tools used for monitoring, including primary monitoring tool, OneSight (Empirix, Inc.), also experience with HP Openview and OVIS, SNIPS/NOCOL (freeware), InfoVista, Smarts, BMC Patrol and Patrol Express.

·      Front line of customer support for AT&T’s 1200+ enterprise web hosting customers.  Customer base included web hosting and leased line (frame relay, T1, T3) customers.
